This Payment Policy explains how payments, order totals, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Louzir LTD.

Currency

Louzir LTD operates in British Pounds (GBP).

Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and order totals are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Checkout

Louzir LTD uses Shopify checkout to process online orders.

Please review your product selection, shipping address, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and payment information before submitting your order.

Payment Method

PayPal is currently available through Shopify checkout.

The payment methods actually available for a transaction are those displayed during checkout.

Payment Authorization

Transactions may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other procedures applied by the payment provider.

A payment provider may approve, decline, delay, review, or otherwise restrict a transaction according to its own payment and security procedures.

Payment Security

Payment transactions are handled through Shopify checkout and the applicable payment provider.

Louzir LTD will not ask you to send your password, PayPal login credentials, or complete payment credentials through email, phone, live chat, or the Contact Us form.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation indicates that the store has received the order information.

An order may still require successful payment authorization, product availability, and normal order review before fulfillment.

Order Total

Your order total may include:

• Product subtotal
• Applicable shipping charges
• Applicable taxes
• Discounts, where valid and applied

The final total is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping costs £10.00 GBP for orders below £150.00 GBP.

Orders of £150.00 GBP or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Taxes

Applicable taxes, where required, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, review the payment information entered and any message displayed by Shopify checkout or the applicable payment provider.

If necessary, contact the applicable payment provider for payment-account assistance.

Unexpected or Duplicate Payment Concern

If you believe you were charged unexpectedly or more than once, contact Louzir LTD with your order information so we can review the available transaction details.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed in connection with the original transaction.

After an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, Louzir LTD processes the approved refund within 7 business days.

The payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

PayPal Refunds

For orders completed through PayPal, refund processing is handled in connection with the original PayPal transaction.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 35 calendar days from delivery of the last item in the order.
